REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Cerify Auditing Solutions Private Limited ("Cerify," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to providing a transparent and fair refund and cancellation policy for its smart contract auditing and related professional services.
1. Service Engagement Confirmation
An engagement for smart contract auditing services is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and payment of the advance fee or retainer as mutually agreed. The scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined and communicated in writing at the time of engagement.
2. Cancellation by Client
- Cancellations must be requested in writing (via email to support@cerify.ai).
- If the service is cancelled before the audit work has commenced, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued, minus any processing or administrative charges.
- If the service is cancelled after the audit work has commenced but before an initial report has been delivered, a partial refund will be issued, calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unutilized portion of work, less any non-recoverable processing fees.
- No refund will be issued if the cancellation is requested after the initial audit findings/report has been delivered.
3. Cancellation by Cerify
Cerify reserves the right to cancel or refuse services in case of non-compliance with the terms of service, suspected fraudulent activities, or insufficient client cooperation. In such cases, Cerify will refund any unused portion of prepaid fees after deducting charges for work already performed.
4. Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 10–15 business days from the approval of the refund request.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
If a service cannot be delivered due to unavoidable circumstances (such as legal restrictions, force majeure, or technology-related disruptions), Cerify will issue a fair refund for the portion of the services not delivered.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Payments for express or expedited service requests, or costs paid to third-party vendors at the client's instruction, are non-refundable.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at support@cerify.ai. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
